Nugget Lab was built by Danny Goddè — sole founder, no outside partners.

Before this, he spent 17 years building and running an international food trade company from the ground up. He sourced ingredients from around the world, built relationships with producers across continents, and grew the operation without outside capital. He knows where food comes from because that was his entire career.

That background is not decoration. The supply chain behind our New Zealand Style soft serve has been running for over a decade. It existed before Nugget Lab did. When the restaurant opens, it opens with an ingredient program that most concepts spend years trying to build.

He built Nugget Lab the same way he built everything else — without shortcuts, without partners, and without compromising on what the product should be.

Every concept starts somewhere. For Nugget Lab, that was never a question.
