This is not fast food. It happens to be fast.
We start with organic air-chilled chicken — the benchmark of clean poultry. No water-chilled commodity birds. No pre-formed frozen product.
Ground fresh in-house each morning, seasoned with a proprietary blend, hand-battered in clean organic unbleached flour, and fried in zero seed oils. Every variable controlled. Every batch made by people, not machines.
Chicken
Organic, air-chilled. Ground fresh in-house each morning. Never frozen, never pre-formed.
Flour
Clean organic unbleached flour. No additives, no fillers.
Fry Oil
Zero seed oils. Clean, high-quality frying fat — the product and your health both deserve it.
Seasoning
A proprietary house blend. Developed across dozens of test batches. Not for sharing.

The sauces

One Exception.
We're honest enough to know when someone else's is better.
Every sauce is made in-house. We don't use branded condiments or off-the-shelf dips — with one deliberate exception. Our ketchup is sourced from an organic producer we trust, because theirs is better than anything we'd make from scratch.
Beyond the core lineup, we run weekly sauce specials and limited exclusive drops. Unannounced except to the list. Gone when they're gone.

Style Soft Serve
Standard soft serve is a commodity. This is not standard soft serve.
Real-fruit. Blended to order on an auger machine. Real fruit — not syrups, not powders, not flavoring agents. The difference is immediate and unmistakable.
The supply chain behind this program has been operating for over a decade. We didn't build it for this — we walked in with it.
Made to order, every time. Flavors rotate seasonally. Limited drops release without warning — the only way to know first is to be on the list. Cups come in multiple sizes built for social shareability. Cones available.

Large-format portions scaled to your headcount. Hand-crafted — the same product, the same standard.
Sides
Potato wedges, waffle fries, mac and cheese, and seasonal options portioned for groups.
Sauces
Full housemade lineup included. Ask about seasonal specials and limited drops for your event.
Soft serve is not currently available for off-site events. When mobile soft serve capability is confirmed, the list gets first notice.
