Founder — Nugget Lab
Danny Goddè is the sole founder of Nugget Lab. He brings 17 years of experience building and leading an international food trade company — grown from the ground up, without outside capital, into a sustained and profitable operation across global markets.
His background is in food sourcing, supply chain, and sales — with a track record of identifying market gaps, building category-defining programs, and delivering results that exceed targets. That foundation is not background context for Nugget Lab — it is a direct operational advantage. The supply chain powering the soft serve program has been running for over a decade under his leadership. He didn't have to build it. He walked in with it.
Nugget Lab is built the same way he built everything else: lean, disciplined, and without shortcuts.
